It is a very exciting time. Our very first Project Healing Waters (PHW) event will take place on Tuesday, October 23rd from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church. This event is open to military personnel at Fort Detrick and Veterans with disabilities and will center on the introduction of the program and its’ goal of healing through the community of fly fishing.
Over the past few months, the PVFF PHW Team has been extremely busy getting our Chapter organized and off the ground but we cannot do it alone. I am asking for your help to make this endeavor a success. To those that have already participated in previous PHW events, you know what an incredibly positive experience it is and once you’ve gone to one, you’re hooked!
