When inclement weather conditions occur and schools are closed on the day of our regularly scheduled Monthly Meeting, there will be NO meeting. This also applies if the Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS), cancel their evening activities even though School may have been open that day. If bad weather is forecasted for that evening FCPS may close Schools to evening activities.
Please be sure the Membership Chairperson has a contact number and/or email address from you in case the meeting is cancelled for other reasons. This policy complies with FCPS School closings. As such, it applies basically to the Monthly Club Meetings held at Tuscarora High School.
Decisions regarding cancellation of the monthly Beginner’s, Roundtable Fly Tying Sessions and Project Healing Waters Meetings will be made by the Session/Meeting Coordinators and will be dependent on whether the Trinity United Methodist Church parking lot has been plowed and the facility is accessible.
