Beaver Creek Outing

THE WATER: We will fish Beaver Creek near Hagerstown, MD. It is a nice limestone, spring creek that can be fished from the bank if so desired.

TIME AND LOCATION: We will meet at the Beaver Creek Fly Shop at noon. It is located at 9720 Country Store Ln, Hagerstown, MD 21740.

RECOMMENDED FLIES: Blue-winged Olive, Hex, March Browns and Sulphurs hatch throughout the year. Olive & Black Woolly Buggers and nymphs such as Caddis Pupa, Copper Johns, Pheasant Tails, Hare’s Ears, San Juan Worms, Midges, and Zebra Midges can be effective.
