Beginner’s Fly Tying (Trinity United Methodist Church — Live Session)

The Green Eyed Damsel nymph pattern which we will tie at our first ‘in class’ session (in over a year, courtesy of COVID-19) incorporates several new materials which can be used in the tying of other nymph and streamer fly patterns.

For those who plan to participate in the Beginner’s Fly Tying on September 21^st and (on the 3^rd Tuesday) in the months to follow, please note that there will be no prerecorded fly tying available through a utube link. Nor will there be materials for mailing to those who cannot attend in person. Rather the tying sessions will be held live again at Trinity United Methodist Church* in room 207 starting at 7 PM.

For those who cannot attend and participate in the live sessions, we will post tying instructions and list of materials on the PVFF website in advance of each monthly Beginner’s fly tying. Hope to see a great turnout at our first ‘in class’ fly tying on September 21^st.
